The shopping process
 
Here at Mi Clo we want to make shopping a quick and easy experience for you.
 
Just choose the item you want to buy and add it to your shopping cart.
Then, you can continue browsing, add more items or go to the checkout.
 
When you finish shopping, go to your shopping cart and click on "go to checkout".
 
We'll redirect you to a payment gateway, PayPal, which we think is the safest way to pay for online shopping. But if you want to use your Visa or Mastercard, don't worry. You can pay conveniently and securely from this page too, without needing to register with PayPal.
 
When you've completed the payment process, Mi Clo will send you an email confirmation plus all your purchase details.

Shipping costs
 
The shipping costs for each item are included in the description.
They'll be added to your order when you go to the checkout so you can see the final amount before you complete the process.
 
Prices
 
The prices shown on our web site are subject to change. Mi CLo reserves the right to change prices without prior warning. However, once we have received an order confirmation, we won't change the prices for that order.
Despite our meticulous updates to the prices on our web site, they may contain errors. Any errors appearing in prices will be corrected promptly and will not be binding.
 
 
Payment methods
 
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Amex via the PayPal gateway (www.paypal.com) or you can use your PayPal account if you have one.
 
Lastly, you have the option of making a bank transfer or paying the money into our account. This is always the slowest option, but we are able to use this method if you wish. Write to us at hola@miclo.es and we'll start the process.
 
Security: We safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of all transactions by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 128-bit security keys.
 
 
Importing
 
Any import duty is charged once the package has reached its destination and you will be responsible for the costs incurred. We would love to be able to tell you how much this will be, but we have no control whatsoever over these taxes and every country has a different policy.  We advise you to call your local customs office to check the amount of duty payable before placing your order, so you avoid any surprises.
 
 
Delivery
 
Your item/s will be despatched from our warehouse to the delivery address you gave us as soon as we receive your order and payment confirmation.
 
Depending on where you live, your order may take more or less time to reach you.
 
If you live on the Iberian Peninsula, you'll receive your order in less than two working days by standard delivery, and in 24 hours by express delivery. If you live in any other EU country, you'll receive your order in less than 7 working days by standard delivery, and in 4 days by express delivery. For anywhere else in the world, standard delivery takes a maximum of 18 days and express delivery takes 7 days.
 
 
Changes and returns
 
You have a period of 15 calendar days from the date you received your order to change or return any of the items in it, provided the product is in pristine condition and in its original packaging.

Please note that you will be liable for any costs incurred unless the items are defective.
 
The amount you paid will be refunded using the same payment method.
 
If the situation is different and you have made a mistake when placing your order, write to us immediately so we have time to cancel the order before it's despatched. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
